Using your questionnaire responses, I create a fully personalised plan tailored to your situation.
The goal is simple: give you a structure that makes sense, is realistic to follow, and supports progress over the next 4 weeks.
What's included?
1) Fully Personalised Training Plan (Built From Scratch)
Your plan is created after reviewing your questionnaire in detail.
I use my 18 years of weight training experience and 10 years of coaching experience to design a plan suited to you, not a template.
The more detail you provide, the more precise the plan will be.
2) Fully Programmed & Periodised 4-Week Training Block
This is not a single week repeated four times.
Each training session across the full 4 weeks is planned in advance, including:
- exercises
- sets and reps
- rest times
- progression across the block
The plan is structured to adapt as your body responds to training over the 4-week phase.
3) Clear Explanations & “How to Train” Guidance
Every plan includes explanations so you understand:
- why exercises are included
- how to approach your sets
- how to get the most from the structure
Understanding the plan improves consistency and confidence.
4) Exercise Pointers & Key Training Tips
This is a self-guided plan, meaning it does not include ongoing check-ins or messaging support.
However, you are not left guessing.
I include written exercise cues and training tips for key movements, similar to what I’d explain during an in-person session.
5) Personalised Training Guide (PDF / E-Book)
Alongside your plan, you receive a personalised guide that:
- outlines the purpose of the programme
- explains the training approach
- reinforces useful mindsets for consistency
This is designed to help you get the most out of the 4-week block.

Because I put in a lot of effort and take time to understand you as a client and what would best suit your goals, It can take some time to create the complete training plan.
I formulate what training routine would best suit you and your goals, and because I plan out each individual session, it can take up to a week.

- After submission of the e-questionnaire, I will start creating your personalised plan.
- You will be able to open the PDF on your mobile, desktop or other electronic devices such as an Kindle, as long as you have a pdf viewing capable software (most come already pre-installed).

Results will be affected by the effort and commitment of the individual, however in some circumstances even where an individual follows my plans, they may not achieve the desired results.
