What's included?
1) Fully Personalised and Built from Scratch Plan Designed To Help You Reach Your Goals
Upon reading your questionnaire, I get to work to fully understand your current situation, goals and needs.
I then use my 15 years of weight training experience and 8 years personal training coaching experience to formulate a plan.
The plan is designed to help you reach your goals in the fastest possible way, taking everything into consideration.
The more information you can give me on the questionnaire, the more I can personalise your plan.
2) Fully Programmed and Periodised 4 Week Training Routine
My personalised training plans are not only consisting of just training days, exercises, sets, reps and rest times, repeating the same week after week.
I fully plan out each and every training session for the full 4 weeks.
Everything is completely setup for you, every training day, every exercise, and every set is taken care of.
The plan is periodised, which means the plan is setup to adapt to the changes that are happening in the body whilst you're going through it.
3) In-Depth Explanations and 'How-To' Train
I make sure everything is fully explained so you can buy into your new training plan.
Knowledge is power!
By understanding the reasons behind the complexities in your training plan, you will experience better results and be able to be more consistent and motivated.
I also explain how to actually perform your sets to get you maximum results.
4) Exercise Pointers & Training Tips
You don't just receive a plan without any coaching.
My Personalised training plans don't include any on-going support or interactive guidance along the 4 Weeks, however, I don't leave you in the dark with just a training plan which may seem daunting or difficult to understand what to actually do with it.
I give you advice and pointers for specific exercises included in the plan and key training tips which I feel would benefit you, just like I would if we were personal training in the gym.
5) A Personalised E-Book created just for you.
In this E-Book I outline the purpose and explain your training plan, and with it the associated goals, training advice and appropriate mindsets that will help you gain the most benefit from your new training routine.
Using my weight lifting and personal training coaching experience, I will summarise any advice and guidance that I feel may benefit you and help you with your new plan.

Because I put in a lot of effort and take time to understand you as a client and what would best suit your goals, It can take some time to create the complete training plan.
I formulate what training routine would best suit you and your goals, and because I plan out each individual session, it can take up to a week.
I will keep you updated via email!

- After submission of the e-questionnaire, I will start creating your personalised plan.
- You will be able to open the PDF on your mobile, desktop or other electronic devices such as an Kindle, as long as you have a pdf viewing capable software (most come already pre-installed).

While I believe that for most people, following my programs and methods will lead to their desired results, all exercise programs depend on the individual. Results will be affected by the effort and commitment of the individual, however in some circumstances even where an individual follows my plans, they may not achieve the desired results.
