What's Included: 

1) Sara's Full Training Routine

This is the exact routine I designed for Sara. You can of course use it and make it your own. 

Full breakdown of exercises, warmup sets, working sets, rest times and specified effort level for each exercise. 

2) 3 Day / 4 Day / 5 Day / 6 Day Variations 

Depending on your schedule and how many times per week you can train, you can pick between a 3 day, 4 day, 5 day or 6 day variation of the routine. All variations are included in the Training Program Spreadsheet. 

3) Working Set Methodology

We use a very specific technique to know how hard to push the working sets, called RIR (Reps in Reserve) this is explained in this program so you know how to train to make the best results with the program. 

4) Built-in Progression Model

An easy to understand progression model that will enable you to run the program indefinitely and make great results. It is 'Auto-Regulated' which means you will progress at at your own pace and can be used by everyone. 

I also include what to do if you aren't progressing on a certain exercise. 

5) Sample 8 Week Progression Plan

I've included a sample 8 week progressional plan to guide you in taking your results with the routine to the next level. 

6) Built-in Cardio Option

If your goal is to lose fat, I've included cardio to be done at the end of the workout. 

The 3 day routine has HIIT (High Intensity Interval Cardio) to add to the leg training (as you only train legs once a week on the 3 day), to help burn fat and to increase fitness levels.

The 4-5-6 day routines have optional steady state cardio to burn fat without extra intense leg work as they include 2 leg training days per week.

Yes! The Training Program will be able to open on any phone that has an internet connection. The Training Program spreadsheet is created to view perfectly on a mobile device.

Yes, you can view the Training Program on your other devices from the E-Mail sent to you upon purchase.

5. What software do I need to read an eBook?

Just an internet browser! You do not need a Google account.

8. Who am I - and what is my goal?

My name is Thomas Leverington and I'm a qualified personal trainer for 8 years. My mission is to introduce people to weight training in a way that aligns with living a healthy lifestyle as part of a whole system that brings health in a holistic way.

A large percentage of my clientele were women, and often came to me initially hating the gym, not knowing what to do, and thinking that spending hours on the cross trainer or treadmill would transform their bodies. Who’s going to be able to commit, and therefore get results from something that they don’t like?

They wanted to find a way to make the process enjoyable, rewarding and most importantly, to get the results they were looking for.

Through introducing them to weight training with the correct guidance and support, it gave them a new perspective. This commonly yet incorrectly thought ‘male’ activity can help not only with their physical goals, but also their health and wellbeing on all levels.
